  All current and previous passports. The running passport must be valid for at least 3 months after return from the Schengen country.
• Photographs
  2 recent passport-size photos (white background, size 35x45 mm).
• Invitation Letter
  From the conference organizer.
• Conference Registration Copy
• Employment Documents
  1. Letter from employer / NOC / Government Order (GO)
  2. Trade license (if self-employed or a businessman)
• Company Pad (for business applicants)
• Pay Slips or Salary Statement (for private service holders)
• Visiting Card
  Must be in English.
• Bank Statements & Solvency
  1. Personal: last 1 year

  3. Spouse’s (if applicable)
• Income Tax Certificate
• NID Copy / Birth Certificate Copy
• Asset Documents (if any – must be English translated and notarized)
