Cancellation Policy & Terms

(1) All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

(2) Token amount is nonrefundable in any case.

(3) Cancellations made 15 Days prior to the travel date will attract cancellation charges.

(4) Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.

(4) 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or

(6) No show scenarios.

(7) No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Amazing Tours Bangladesh services.

(8) Amazing Tours Bangladesh has the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.

(9) In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, Amazing Tours Bangladesh will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Package Policy & Terms

(1) All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

(2) Guests are requested to have every discussion in writing as verbal communications will not be entertained.

(3) The packages offered by Amazing Tours Bangladesh can be customized according to the guest’s wish.

(4) To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.

(4) Package will not be considered booked until the advance amount has not been received by us.

(5) Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of the invoice issuance date.

(6) Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
